Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure items are in their original packaging with tags attached; for hygiene reasons, only first-time trial products or unopened packages can be accepted.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
